Crossheads
NVC Precast manufactures single and multi-column crossheads and headstocks ranging from 50 to 90 tonnes. Our purpose-built casting moulds and quality inspection jigs allow us to achieve the tight tolerances required for on-site structural assembly. In-house design, drafting, shop detailing and steel fabrication is included.
L-Beams
Our 115m L-Beam casting bed — 2.2m deep and 4.0m wide — is serviced by two 80-tonne gantry cranes and has been predominantly used for the manufacture of L-Beam segments for bridge superstructure projects across Victoria and southern NSW.
T-Beams
NVC Precast produces prestressed T-Beams on a dedicated undercover 100m casting bed capable of accommodating beams up to 1800mm deep, serviced by two 50-tonne gantry cranes. T-Beams are commonly used in bridge deck construction throughout our project portfolio.
